LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN—Governor Ramon V. Guico III, along with his running mate, Vice Governor Mark Ronald DG. Lambino, filed their certificates of candidacy at the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) provincial office in Dagupan City on October 2.
Gov. Guico and Vice Gov. Lambino were joined by 5th District Congressman Ramon “Monching” Guico Jr., some members of the Aguila team, and their wives—Pangasinan First Lady Maan Tuazon-Guico and Atty. Melanie Lambino.
