Ms. Maria Luisa A. Elduayan is the Provincial Tourism Officer heading the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (PTCAO) under the Infra Economic Sector of the Province of Pangasinan.
Ms. Elduayan is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and a Master in Business Administration. Under her leadership, the Province’s tourism services have made significant progress in promoting its natural beauty and, as a result, have contributed significantly to boosting the local economy.
She was born in Lingayen, Pangasinan on August 19, 1970. She is happily married to Mr. Ernesto V. Elduayan and is blessed with three children.
