Atty. Geronimo Macasaddug Abad is a licensed real estate appraiser and a geodetic engineer.

Starting his career at the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office 2, Atty. Abad later workes at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office 2.

He then came to Pangasinan provincial government and joined the Provincial Agriculture Office, Provincial Assessment Office, and Provincial Legal Office.

Equipped with almost 20 years of skills and knowledge on assessment and appraisal, Atty. Abad was first designated Officer-in-Charge of the Provincial Assessment Office before becoming the Provincial Assessor.
