Relative to the Provincial Tax Ordinance No. 1-2022, the Provincial Government of Pangasinan through the Human Resource Management and Development Office will be launching the Provincial Learning Institute later this year. In preparation for this, a Planning Workshop with selected Provincial Learning and Development Team members was conducted last June 15-16, 2023 at the Center for Excellence in Employee and Organization Development, Palaris Building, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

During the said activity, participants were able to identify the name, mission, vision, strategic objectives, and tagline of the institute. Likewise, promotional strategies and in-demand course offerings were also identified.
