Work Experience

Ms. Richelle or Ma’am R1 as she is fondly called by her colleagues and Rich by her friends has been with the Provincial Employment Services Office for 30 years. She is currently the PESO Manager of the Pangasinan Public Employment Service Office. Ma’am R1 is responsible for overseeing the various projects, programs and activities of the Pangasinan PESO such as the various recruitment activities including Regular Job Fairs, Job Fair Caravans, Local and Special Recruitment Activities. She also monitors the implementation of DOLE programs such as the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES Program), Government Internship Program (GIP Program) and the Tulong Pangkabuhyan para sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD Program). She also spearheads the implementation of various manpower development activities such as the Employability Enhancement Program, Career/Entrepreneurship Development Training. She also leads the PESO office in the implementation of initiative programs for Overseas Filipino Workers such the Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking in Persons Campaign (AIR-TIP), Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS), Career Guidance and Employment Coaching (CEC), and Pangkabuhayan Caravan para sa OFWs.

Affiliations

She believes in the importance of connectivity and collaboration that is why she associates herself to various organizations. Currently she is the Vice President for External Affairs of the Public Employment Service Offices Association of Pangasinan, Incorporated (PESOAP, Inc). One of the Board of Director of the PESO Regional Federation. The Vice- President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) – Pangasinan Chapter and also a member of the Rotary Club of Urdaneta.

Educational Qualification

Ms. Raguindin obtained her degree in Psychology from the Philippine Normal College. She then took up her Master’s Degree in Development Management Major in Public Administration from the Pangasinan State University Graduate School, Urdaneta City.

Personal Information

Ma’am R1 was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan. She has 2 children aged 23 and 15 years old. She is a certified plantita, loves to cook and travel. She is often described by her colleagues as dedicated, committed and passionate towards her work.
