Ms. Rowena Victorio Ignacio is a licensed Civil Engineer and Environmental Planner. She is currently designated as the Officer-In-Charge of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) and Secretary of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC). She has been serving the Provincial Government, particularly the Provincial Planning and Development Office, for thirty (30) long years making her a competent leader in the field of development planning.

Born on June 30, 1968, Engr. Ignacio is married to Engr. Tito O. Ignacio and has three (3) children.
