The Provincial Hospital Management Services Office shall:
1. Facilitate, prepare, coordinate, and execute health administration and hospital management and development policies, programs, projects, and activities for all fourteen (14) hospitals under the management and administration of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.
2. Manage the fourteen (14) hospital facilities and the medical practice group or clinical area or department including the finance, supply, human resource, and patient care services.
3. Implement and monitor healthcare systems and hospital networks.
