Mandate
PG-ENRO is mandated agency of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan to:
Enforcement of laws, rules and regulations as per R.A. 7942 otherwise known as “Philippine Mining Act of 1995” and small scale mining of the Province.
Manage and implement various programs, projects and activities in the protection, management of communal forest, watershed, coastal areas, pollution control, air, water and land resources.
Supervise and implement the functions devolved by the D E N pursuant to Section 17 of RA 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991 and the Mandanas – Garcia Ruling) and Provincial Tax Ordinance 1 – 2022
