Atty. Raymundo B. Bautista Jr. is the Department Head of the Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.

Before joining the Provincial Government, Atty. Bautista served the Municipal Government of Bayambang, Pangasinan in 2017 as a Legal Officer and later on, as Municipal Administrator until June 2022. He is a practicing lawyer for more than 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines – Manila with a degree of Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science and Advance Course Reserve Officers’ Training Corps of the Army Reserve Command (ARESCOM), Philippine Army. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Letters from the University of the Cordilleras and passed the 2010 Bar Examinations.

He was the Managing Partner of the ACES Law Firm (formerly the A.C. Estrada and Associates) with offices in Baguio and Dagupan City. Also, he taught Political Law, Civil Law, Business Law and Procedural Law subjects at the College of Law University of Baguio and the Urdaneta City University College of Law and College of Accountancy and Business Administration.

Moreover, he was a regular TV on air legal consultant in USATV K’17 Channel K’Balitaktakan segment “Ikaw at ang Batas”; a regular Radio Commentator of DZRD Sonshine Radio Weekly Program “Isyung Legal” and Columnist in the Weekly Guardian before he became a full time civil servant in the local government.
