Application for Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Retirement and Other Separation Benefits

This service is given to employees who will retire, resign from duty to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, or transfer to another agency.

Processing of Leave Application

This service is provided for permanent and casual employees who want to be absent from work to use their leave benefits.

Request for Employee Certifications (Certificate of Employment. Service Record, at Performance Record)

This service is provided to employees and former employees of offices and hospitals as Record, at Performance Record) proof that they worked for the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.

Use of Gym Facility and Equipment

This is a free service for all employees and family members of employees of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan to use the gym facility and equipment.

Obtaining Medical and Physical Check-up

This is a free medical service provided to all employees of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, which includes taking high blood pressure, blood cholesterol, blood sugar, blood uric acid, an eye check-up, consulting with an assigned doctor, giving prescribed medicine, and so on.

Job Application

This is the procedure on how to submit the relevant documents to apply for employment in any Office or Hospital of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan and evaluate the qualifications and competencies of applicants.

Completion of Employment Requirements and Processing of Approved Employment Appointment

This is the procedure for submitting the employment requirements for newly hired or promoted employees and evaluating if these are correct and complete for the issuance of the approved appointment.

Preparation of Payroll, Remittance, and Pay slips

This is a service provided to al employees of offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan in order to provide them with the necessary salaries and deductions.

Request for Annual Executive Check-up

This is a medical service for all employees of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan that is given every month of their birth and can be availed of by an employee once a year. The services include urine analysis, X-ray, ECG, Ultrasound, 2D-echo, Blood chemistry, and others.

Provision of In-House Learning and Development Interventions

This is a program that enhances the employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities to improve their competencies and performance.

This is a program that provides monetary and/or non-monetary awards and incentives to recognize, acknowledge, and reward the outstanding performance and exemplary behavior of employees.

Implementation of Grievance Management Machinery

This is the mechanism provided to employees in order to handle their dissatisfaction or complaint and provide a resolution for it.

Membership of Employees in the Provincial Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Pangasinan (PGEMPCOP)

This is a program that promotes savings and wise use of credits and provides quality and affordable basic consumer goods to employee members.
