Ms. Janette C. Asis is currently the Provincial Government Department Head of the Human Resource Management and Development Office under the Provincial Government of Pangasinan. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Development Management. She also completed the course requirements for a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling She is a Career Executive Service Eligible (CESE) conferred by the Career Executive Service Board.

She has been a Resource Speaker in various training sessions on supervisory development, human behavior, and motivation. In 2012, she was the recipient of the Outstanding Human Resource Management Practitioner Award from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office No. 1.

Her significant accomplishments include being the Team Leader in the Accreditation of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan to Investors in People (People Management); the PRIME- HRM Bronze Award of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan: and Quality Management Representative to the Certification to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) from 2014 to present.
