The Asingan Community Hospital is located in the municipality of Asingan, the eastern part of the Province of Pangasinan. It is bounded by the municipalities of San Manuel in the north; Tayug in the East, Sta. Maria in the South; Villasis in the Southeast, Urdaneta in the West, and Binalonan in the Northwest. It has an area of 66.6 sq. Kilometers comprising 21 barangays with a total population of 57,811 as of the 2020 census.

The Asingan Community Hospital formerly known as Asingan Medicare Community Hospital was established by the Philippine Medical Care Commission under Presidential Degree No. 5903. Thru the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution, it was renamed to Asingan Community Hospital on August 22, 2011. Due to the increasing number of clients, hospital bed capacity was increased from 15 to 25 to cater the increasing demands ot healthcare needs in its catchment municipalities. The hospital was relocated to the largest area in Barangay Dupac, Asingan, Pangasinan through the generosity of the Ginez family who donated 4,000sq. meter lot.

The primary role of the hospital is to render immediate healthcare services needed to the sick clients.

The secondary role is to link the network of clinical care and public health services to the next higher-level facility for clients needing complex medical management.

Today, the Asingan Community Hospital is a Level hospital, PhilHealth Accredited, and has a catchment areas of seven (7) municipalities namely: Asingan, Binalonan, San Manuel, Villasis, Tayug (Eastern), Sta. Maria, Rosales.

competent health workers fully supported by a partnership with GO, NGO, PO, and the community.

To provide quality health care services to the people of Asingan and its catchment municipalities thru hospital services in collaboration with field health services.
