On the following day, suspensions were carried out for classes at all levels, both public and private. Eight LGUs, on the other hand, declared suspensions of work in government offices due to flooding.

As per the report of the PDRRMO, a total of 214 families, or some 827 individuals, were sheltered during the onslaught of the heavy rains in various evacuation centers in Bani, Alaminos City, Labrador, Infanta, Mangatarem, Sison, Urdaneta City, and Burgos.

The water level at San Roque Dam as of 5 a.m. of July 26  was posted at 239.06 masl. The spilling level is 280 masl.
