LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN—Thousands of spectators, including those watching online, witnessed and enjoyed the spectacular 2023 Capitol Christmas Lighting on Friday, December 1, at the Capitol Plaza here.

With Governor Ramon V. Guico III’s message, which focused on the value of unity, Pangasinenses got the chance to experience the best festive mood with their families and friends.

“Let us be united as one province and as Pangasinense,” the governor said as he further stated that his administration always emphasizes excellence in all aspects of development.
