LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN—Employees of the Pangasinan provincial government will be treated with free medical and physical check-up and beauty care and wellness on September 14 and 15 at the Provincial Training and Development Center (PTDC) II, here.
The grand medical and physical check-up is one of the activities scheduled by the provincial government for the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration this month. Through this activity, employees can avail of free medical check-up and free medicines/vitamins, as well.
Spearheaded by the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) under the stewardship of Ms. Janette Asis, the activity is enjoined by doctors and some nurses from the 14 government hospitals in Pangasinan who will conduct the medical check-up.
Other services that employees can avail include fasting/random blood sugar testing, cholesterol level testing, x-ray, and electrocardiogram (ECG) test.
The health and wellness of almost 6,000 employees to include permanent, casual and job order workers, has been the priority of Governor Ramon V. Guico III and free medical and physical check-ups are some of its regular activities.
Following the grand medical and physical check-up is the conduct of beauty care and wellness. Services offered free of charge include body massage, hair cut, hair coloring, foot spa, and manicure/pedicure.
