1. Loan of information materials – Clients can borrow information materials for room or home use. On the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), they will search for the needed library materials, get the call number, and locate it on the shelves. For home use, the Librarian will scan the book for checkout while for home use, clients must present and leave a valid government-issued identification card.
2. Free use of computers and internet connection – The use of computers for research is for clients who can not locate materials in the print collection. A maximum of one (1) is allotted to each user on a first come first served basis. The use of social media is regulated and gaming is prohibited.
*The connecting of wifi to laptops and cellphones is free. However, it is presumed that their laptop is fully charged to prevent charging in the library.
3. Use of the Library Facilities – Clients may use the reading area in making their projects, review for a board/bar examination, or for group study/discussions. They may also request the use of the conference room if they need to do extensive group study/discussions.
4. Community Outreach Services – Library Services in the barangays to elevate the literacy rate among the young generations through orientation, storytelling, reading comprehension arts and craft, and convergence with other offices that shares their knowledge on
5. Library Extension Services –The Library helps in the establishment of reading corners and libraries. It also assists in the organization and management of active and non-active Barangay, Municipal, NGO, and NGA libraries.
6. Book Sharing Program – “We Care…We Reach…We Share” is the tagline of this program. The Library donated and distribute information materials to City and Municipal Libraries, Public Elementary and High Schools, and other institutions to increase their book collection. Books shared came from allocations from the National Library of the Philippines and donations from friends of the library.
7. Request for Library Clearance Certificate – Resigning and retiring government employees request a library clearance certificate as part of the supporting papers with their exit in the PGP.
