In order to finalize the behavioral indicators for the identified core principles during the strategic planning, the Human Resource Management and Development Office with the Values Restoration Officers and selected Provincial Learning and Development Team members conducted the “Core Values Workshop” last June 14, 2023, at the Center for Excellence in Employee and Organization Development, Palaris Building, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

By focusing on the observable actions and behaviors that reflect the organization’s values, this workshop aims to create a shared understanding of how values translate into everyday actions. The output from this workshop was used to create the assessment tool which will be administered to all employees. The result of said assessment shall then be used to identify new learning activities.
