In line with the approved Provincial Leaming and Development Plan for C.Y. 2023, the Human Resource Management and Development Office in partnership with Philippine Health Insurance Corporation-Regional Office 1 conducted a training entitled “Orientation on PhilHealth Benefits and Services” last June 2, 2023 at the Center for Excellence in Employee and Organization Development, Palaris Building, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

Mr.  Joseph A. Manuel, Public Relations Officer I, Ms. Rowena P. Robosa, Social Insurance Officer I, and Ms. Clarinda F. Sumangil, Social Insurance Officer I, all from PhilHealth Region served as Subject Matter Experts for the said activity which was attended by Administrative Officers of the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.

The activity was conducted to capacitate Administrative Officers to better assist their co- employees with their concerns regarding PhilHealth and maximize the healthcare coverage available to them. Topics include key aspects such as membership requirements, contribution guidelines, coverage entitlements and claims processes, and various benefits and services such as inpatient and outpatient care, and specialized services, among others.
