A homegrown woman, she was born on March 13, 1951, Anda, Pangasinan. Her father is GREGORIO JIMENEZ and her mother is ELOISA CERDAN CASTIL.         She finished her Elementary Education at Anda Central School and then graduated from High School at Anda Institute and Finished her College education at University of Pangasinan, Dagupan City.         She is married to HON. NESTOR B. PULIDO of Infanta, Pangasinan, a former Vice President of GMA Channel 7 network and now number one TV Station in the Philippines, former Predident of National Agribusiness-Corporation-Office of the President and elected Municipal Mayor of Anda, Pangasinan from May, 2004 elections up to the present.         They blessed with six (6) children among them are KALA PULIDO-CONSTANTINO - the executive Director, KALAKASAN (Kababaihan Laban sa Karahasan) an NGO supporting abused women and children.         MAKI PULIDO - the senior TV reporter and News Producer of GMA 7 Network and host of one REPORTER'S NOTEBOOK of GMA 7, and ATTY. LEONIDO PULIDO.         Our guest of honor and speaker was a former of the Board of Directors of Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation at GMA 7. A former Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Anda, Pangasinan for three (3) consecutive terms from May 1995 to June 30, 2004 and elected Provincial Board Member of the First District of Pangasinan for her second term from July 2004 up to the present.           Among her Achievements, Awards and Distinction received are the following:     1. She was the first lady Mayor ever elected in the Municipality of Anda for three consecutive term. 2. She was awarded as the Outstanding Lady Mayor from Golden Achievement Award. 3. Elected Treasurer of the League of Mayor's of the Philippines, Pangasinan Chapter. 4. She re-elected,un-opposed during the May 2001 Local Elections. 5. And Elected as the First Lady Board Member from the Municipality of Anda, Pangasinan and for the First District of Pangasinan up to present.           And elected Treasurer of the Board Member League of Region I.     Chairwoman: Committee on Environment and Natural Environment up to present.
