ATTENTION: ALL EXISTING PROVINCIAL SCHOLARS UNDER THE PANGASINAN SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY (PSU) STUDENTS

Please submit to the Office of the Governor at the Capitol Building, Lingayen, Pangasinan, ASAP, the following documents, to wit:

1) Certificate of Registration for First Semester of School Year 2018-2019;

2) Certificate of Grade/Report & Rating for First Semester of School Year 2018-2019; and

3) Certificate of Registration for Second Semester of SY 2018-2019.

Likewise, NEW APPLICANTS who already had submitted their applications for said Scholarship Program in 2018, are hereby advised to submit also, as soon as possible (ASAP) the following:

1) Certificates of Grades for First Semester of School Year 2018-2019; and

2) Certificates of Grades for Second Semester of School Year 2018-2019.

Grades for the 1st Semester of School Year 2018-2019 shall determine the inclusion of NEW APPLICANTS in the said Scholarship Program.
